You get your Arborist and Farmhands by visiting your stables and doing farm jobs so continue doing this as often as it is available that is after 1 day, and keep an eye out for both of them on the newsfeeds. They are a farming blessing that will save you so much time and let you do plenty of other important and fun things on your farm.
